This group show, titled Objects of Desire? runs March 4-27 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4. I am thrilled to announce that the University of British Columbia (UBC) Department of Civil Engineering has commissioned me to create a rolling ball sculpture for their lobby. The sculpture’s design will be an integrated representation of various areas of research and activity carried out by the department, such as infrastructure development, wave testing, earthquake testing and concrete testing.
